International Beerfest for Malaria

The Beerfest has been an important fundraiser for TIME’s global health projects, and this year’s proceeds will be going towards purchasing mosquito nets through Against Malaria.

Special mention of course needs to be made about the theme: ‘International Hats’. From Rastafarians to Vikings to Matadors to Nurses – we’ve had it all!

This year’s beerfest will be held at the Fringe Bar in Fortitude Valley. The folks at the Fringe have been kind enough to support the cause and the night, by offering drink specials from 7.30 pm – 2 am. This is six and a half hours of cheap beer festivities, all for a good cause, so we hope to see you there! Drink deal cards can be purchased in advance.
